The attached return shipping label has been provided for your convenience. If you use the label, your account will be charged either $69.00 for one saddle, or $99.00 for two saddles. If you do NOT use the label, your account will not be charged. Note: This is not a call tag and cannot be used as one. This means that you cannot call UPS to schedule a pickup, the package must be delivered to a UPS pickup location (UPS Store, Staples, etc.). To use the shipping label: The label is active, you do not need to contact us to use it. Pack the saddle as it was when you received it Place the new return shipping label over the original label Drop the package off at your local UPS facility, Staples, or bring to your place of business if UPS is your designated carrier or makes regular stops there Packages should never be left unattended!
